The Tal Kedem “Reveal” Line offers a variety of complementary items for your pre and post wedding events, as well as your the wedding day. We also offer a luxury swimsuit line for brides; a ready to wear line of mix and match pieces to create your favourite look; and coming soon, a lingerie line.

Sizing

We offer standard sizing for all Reveal merchandise. Size modifications are not available through our online store.

Shipping

• When your order is placed, Tal Kedem Reveal will start production of the item. We do not keep stock and all items are made-to-order. The item will be shipped within 21 business days after an order is confirmed. 

• We offer worldwide shipping for all Reveal merchandise for a flat rate of $35 per order. We use DHL for all shipments and returns.

• All custom fees, taxes, and fees associated with the destination country are paid by the recipient. Tax and fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.

• Once shipped, Tal Kedem Reveal is not responsible for delays associated with the courier. A shipment notification along with tracking is emailed once an order has been shipped. Orders with multiple items will be shipped together.

Exchange Policy 

All questions or concerns about an item need to be made BEFORE placing your order.

If you received your order and wish to get a different size, color, design, or model, please contact us at TKbrides@talkedembridal.com. Note that the item must meet our exchange policy standards.

Once you receive your order and would like to change the size or model, you can contact us no later than 3 days after the item was received and our team will be happy to assist you.

Tal Kedem Reveal reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of any merchandise that does not adhere to our exchange/return policy.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return an UNUSED item in the same condition it was received, with all the original packaging materials and no tags removed within 14 days from receiving the shipment for a full refund (excluding shipping fees).

Any return requests must be sent to TKbrides@talkedembridal.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Once your return is approved, our team will assist you with the return process.

The returned item must be shipped back to Reveal within 14 days for a refund to be issued.

The item must be physically shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return instructions and necessary shipping documents. Shipping documents are ONLY valid for 7 days and cannot be reissued. A refund will no longer be issued for returns that are not physically shipped within those 7 days. You will receive a confirmation via email once we receive item.

• All returns must be unused, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received.

• All tags must be attached.

• Item must be returned complete in its original packaging and in one single shipment.

• Merchandise that has been personalized cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

• Refunds may only be issued in the same form as original payment and price, excluding shipping.

• We do not offer refunds on rush fees, shipping, taxes, or customs fees.
